The Superior Home Services, Inc., historic renovation of 3010 Dumbarton has once again been recognized for superior craftsmanship. On September 19th, Daily5Remodel released an article covering the extensive remodel of the basement of the historic home. With before and after photographs of the basement, one can easily see the incredible skill that it took to complete the property. The article also included an interview with our President, Daniel Steinkoler, who provides on the ground insight into the project.

Qualified Remodeler has released the Top 500 Remodelers 2012 list, and once again, Superior Home Services has made top grade. The list gauges the success of the remodelers nation-wide based on financial performance. This year, Superior is honored to stand at number 397 nationwide. Even better, Superior has been ranked as the second-best remodeler in the District of Columbia. More than fifty thousand invitations were send out to magazine subscribers to apply for this honor, with only the select few making the top grade. Superior remains committed to topping the ranks.

In a recent addition of The Georgetown Current, considerable praise was given to Superior’s 3010 Dumbarton project. The above-the-fold editorial on page 13 of the August 15th, 2012 edition describes in great detail the architectural improvements to the property by Superior Home Services by covering a full walk-through of the four bedroom house in the heart of Georgetown. The article also includes photography of both the remarkable patio and stunning kitchen renovations.

The July/August 2012 edition of Home & Design Magazine included an article on one of Superior Home Services’s greatest projects to date, the Embassy of Trinidad and Tobago. The renovation of the embassy on the heart of Massachusetts Avenue highlights the award-winning service of SHS, and is recognizes for its historical important in Washington, and its striking beauty in the service of Trinidad and Tobago.
